PYP 7 Heaven is committed to maintaining a welcoming, respectful, and safe community. These Community Standards apply whenever you interact with our website, social media pages, events, services, reviews, messages, or other community spaces.
1. Treat Others With Respect
Communicate respectfully with customers, staff, partners, and community members. Harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats, stalking, or abusive behavior is not permitted.
2. No Hate or Discrimination
Content or conduct that attacks, degrades, or excludes people based on protected characteristics, such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age, is prohibited.
3. Keep the Community Safe
Do not post or promote:
- Violence, credible threats, or encouragement of harm.
- Sexual exploitation or content involving minors.
- Illegal activities or dangerous products.
- Instructions intended to facilitate wrongdoing.
- Content that exposes another person’s private information.
- Malicious software, phishing attempts, or harmful links.
Contact local emergency services if you believe someone is in immediate danger.
4. Be Honest and Authentic
Do not impersonate another person or business, misrepresent your identity, create misleading accounts, or make false claims. Reviews and testimonials should reflect genuine experiences.
Fraud, scams, deceptive promotions, and manipulation of ratings or engagement are prohibited.
5. Respect Privacy
Do not share another person’s confidential or personal information without permission. This includes addresses, telephone numbers, financial information, private communications, identification documents, and sensitive images.
6. Respect Intellectual Property
Only share material you own or have permission to use. Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights.
7. Avoid Spam and Disruption
Do not repeatedly post unwanted promotions, irrelevant messages, duplicate content, or misleading links. Attempts to interfere with our website, services, accounts, or community spaces are prohibited.
8. Appropriate Content
Content should be suitable for the audience and context. We may restrict or remove graphic, sexually explicit, obscene, exploitative, or excessively disruptive material.
Constructive disagreement is welcome, but personal attacks and deliberately inflammatory conduct are not.
9. Enforcement
When we reasonably believe these standards have been violated, PYP 7 Heaven may:
- Issue a warning.
- Remove or limit content.
- Restrict participation or communication.
- Suspend or terminate access.
- Cancel an order, booking, or event participation where permitted.
- Report suspected illegal conduct or credible safety threats to the appropriate authorities.
Our response may depend on the severity, context, frequency, and impact of the conduct. Serious violations may result in immediate action.
