Ticket Terms

All ticket sales are subject to availability. Because admission is limited, a ticket is not reserved until payment has been completed and the purchaser receives a confirmation email.

Each ticket provides access only to the party or package identified at checkout. Guests must be at least 18 years old and may be required to complete identity, age, membership, location, and platform verification before receiving access.

Failure to complete the required verification process, meet eligibility requirements, or access the event using compatible equipment does not automatically qualify the purchaser for a refund.

Tickets may not be resold or transferred without prior written approval from PYP. To request a transfer, the original purchaser must contact [email protected] with the order number, original purchaser’s name, and proposed recipient’s information.

The recipient must satisfy all event eligibility and verification requirements. A transfer is not valid until PYP confirms its approval in writing. PYP may deny transfer requests involving suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, incomplete information, or violation of event terms.

Ticket prices do not include optional performer tips, viewer coins, merchandise, subscriptions, or other purchases unless expressly stated at checkout.

Event dates, times, performers, room concepts, programming, and platform features may change. A reasonable programming or performer change does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and must include the purchaser’s name, order number, and reason for the request.

Requests received at least 20 calendar days before the first event date are eligible for a refund.

Requests received 16–19 calendar days before the first event date will be reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.

No refunds will be issued 15 calendar days or fewer before the first event date.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method, less any nonrefundable processing or transaction fees, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Refund-processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Because tickets and event capacity are limited, exceptions will not normally be made for scheduling conflicts, failure to attend, late arrival, missed programming, incomplete verification, personal technical difficulties, or a change of mind.

Chargebacks and Unauthorized Resale

Purchasers should contact [email protected] before initiating a payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized resale, sharing of private access credentials, or violation of event rules may result in cancellation of admission without refund and restriction from future events.

By completing a purchase, the purchaser confirms that they have read and accepted these Ticket Terms and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

If PYP cancels the entire event and does not provide a replacement date, purchasers may choose between:

A refund of the ticket price paid; or

A credit toward a future PYP event, where offered.

If the event is postponed, the original ticket will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date. Purchasers who cannot attend the rescheduled event must request a refund or approved ticket transfer 15 days after the new date is announced.

If only one party in a multi-party package is canceled, PYP may provide a proportional refund, replacement event, or account credit for the affected portion.

PYP is not responsible for travel, lodging, equipment, internet service, or other incidental expenses.

Technical Access

Purchasers are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, reliable internet connection, current browser or application, working audio, and any required account or membership access.

If a verified event-wide platform failure prevents access for a substantial portion of the event, PYP may provide replacement access, a partial credit, or another reasonable remedy. Individual device, connection, login, or equipment problems do not qualify as an event-wide platform failure.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Applying does not guarantee selection. Selected performers will receive a separate written performer agreement outlining compensation, tips, content permissions, technical requirements, schedule, and deliverables.
